Training Associate Manager - Automotive

The Training Associate Manager, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, is tasked with enhancing the dealer network to support brand image, customer experience, and sales outcomes. This position is responsible for overseeing dealer operations, training sales staff, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.Key Responsibilities: Utilize CRM data to track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions for portfolio growth.Coordinate and complete customer-related digital projects across departments.Monitor and assess dealer performance using KPIs such as Google reviews, lead management, training certifications, CI compliance, and customer satisfaction.Conduct regular mystery shopping to evaluate sales team effectiveness against KPIs and competitors.Collaborate with departments to continuously improve customer experience and satisfaction.Develop and deliver training programs for sales managers and consultants.Assess training program effectiveness and adjust as needed.Manage recruitment, orientation, and training for new sales team members.Analyze market trends and competitor actions to identify growth opportunities.Provide strategic training and business development recommendations to senior management.
