What you will be doing: Team Leadership : Assist in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage team to ensure they deliver exceptional service. Supervision & Delegation : Supervise daily operations, ensuring tasks are delegated efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Quality Control : Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest quality of food and visual appeal in every dish served. Customer Experience : Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Operational Excellence : Assist in maintaining stock levels, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. Compliance & Safety : Ensure all safety, hygiene, and company policies and procedures are followed. Qualifications : Your experience and skills include: Proven experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
