Draftsman

We are looking for a responsible CAD Drafter, under general supervision, who will be responsible for carrying out drafting assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature. Additional responsibilities include converting product design sketches into working drawings using Auto CAD software. In addition, produce complete drawings, review engineering drawings, and support documentation with excellent attention to detail. SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Proficient in Auto CAD 2D drafting and 3D modeling Skilled in manual drafting and sketching Efficient in Excel (making formulas for dimensional calculations and BOQ preparations) Analyze the concept of the design given information by Architects/Engineers. Propose shop drawings, installation drawings, and more complex drawings as per the client requirement. Create and test in 3D visualization and simulation for complicated fixing and mounting of the system (assembly drawings and blow-ups). Create submittal technical drawings for client approval. Create ceiling layouts, quantity take-offs, and BOQ as per client’s requirements. Construct detailed production drawings for manufacturing as per approvals. Run revision drawings if necessary.
