Responsibilities Assist in the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure continued efficient operation of systems. Assist senior technicians in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues. Clean and replace air filters, vents, and other essential components as necessary. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Record and report all completed work, issues, and system functioning details. Communicate with customers regarding their HVAC system needs and concerns. Assist with the retrieval and transport of tools, parts, and equipment needed for job tasks. Stay updated on HVAC system technical knowledge and industry advancements. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget. Assist with General cleaning tasks to maintain an organized work environment. Attend all necessary training programs to improve technical skills and competencies. Requirements Diploma or certificate in HVAC technology or related field is preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC principles and system troubleshooting. Good communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to different job sites.
