Today, we support operations in over 145 countries, with a strong footprint in the GCC.About The Role We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Site Reliability and Dev Ops Engineer to join our Infrastructure team based in Dubai Internet City. This role offers remote-friendly flexibility while staying closely connected to our Dubai office.You will design, maintain, and optimize infrastructure supporting ZIWO’s global services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll streamline deployments, automate workflows, and ensure systems run securely and reliably.What You’ll Be Doing Design, build, and operate scalable and reliable infrastructure based on business and engineering needs Take ownership of the full service lifecycle: design, deployment, operations, and refinement Identify manual or error-prone workflows and automate to improve efficiency Provide system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch support Monitor and maintain system health for optimal performance and uptime Use automation to sustainably scale systems and accelerate delivery velocity Utilize public cloud tools (AWS, OCI) to improve speed-to-market and reliability Lead or contribute to blameless incident responses and postmortems Participate in on-call rotations supporting alerts or incidents outside business hours What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 3–5 years experience in Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering Strong hands-on skills with: Linux (Ubuntu) Ansible, Terraform Docker, Kubernetes (production-grade) CI/CD pipeline design and management Git & Git Flows Public cloud providers: AWS and/or OCI Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Influx DB, Elasticsearch Postgre SQL Programming languages: Python and/or Go Bonus Skills Vo IP technologies: Free Switch, Asterisk, Kamailio AWS services: SNS, SQS, Firehose, Redshift Grafana Network and virtualization: KVM, LAN/WAN, Cisco switches Why Join ZIWOJoin a forward-thinking, collaborative environment where innovation and growth are core Work with a diverse team committed to equal opportunity and inclusion Help build the future of customer communications across the globe ZIWO is an equal opportunity employer.
