Inspect and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for defects. Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines during site visits. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on existing systems. Record and report findings and maintenance updates to senior technicians. Install various HVAC components, including thermostats and air filters. Ensure work areas are clean and organized for efficient workflow. Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition and report issues. Deliver high-quality customer service during all client interactions. Assist in the diagnosis and repair of system malfunctions and failures. Stay current with advancements in HVAC technology and system models. Provide support in emergency repair situations during off-hours, as necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC-related coursework is a plus. Basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and tools. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces safely. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and client interactions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach job sites. Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies. Proven ability to follow instructions and work under close supervision. Basic computer skills for reporting and accessing technical documentation.
