Manage current affiliate partnerships to achieve revenue goals. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize marketing efforts. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies. Negotiate contracts and commission structures to ensure competitiveness. Perform market research to identify trends and growth opportunities. Create and distribute marketing materials for affiliates. Ensure affiliate programs adhere to company compliance standards. Utilize analytical tools to track and report marketing performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in an affiliate role. Strong understanding of performance marketing and online strategies. Exceptional communication and people management skills. Experience managing contracts and negotiating favorable terms. Experience with affiliate platforms and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on campaigns.
