Responsibilities Design and implement server-side code using Node.js and related frameworks. Develop scalable and efficient backend APIs to support web and mobile applications. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Conduct performance tuning, testing, and code optimization for better efficiency. Ensure code quality and maintainability by participating in code reviews and adhering to software best practices. Work with database technologies such as Mongo DB, Redis, or SQL to support application data needs. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues and bugs promptly. Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to current projects to enhance functionality. Assist in the architecture and design of new features and applications. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience as a Node.js Developer or similar role in a software development environment. Strong proficiency with Java Script/Type Script and understanding of asynchronous programming. Experience with Node.js frameworks such as Express or Koa for building APIs. In-depth knowledge of RESTful services and API design principles. Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and Java Script frameworks. Solid understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
