Main Accountabilities: Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Coordinate training and development initiatives. Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and procedures. Handle transactional HR activities, including reporting, data management, and employment contracts. Analyze HR data such as staff turnover and attendance rates. Recommend improvements to policies and systems. Build relationships across departments and with employees. Job specifications: Diploma or Degree in HRM. Minimum 9-10 years of HR experience. Experience in the education industry is preferred. Strong recruitment and performance management background. Ability to build credibility and relationships quickly. Experience handling multiple senior stakeholders and diverse teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills. Proficient in MS Office and computer applications. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
