We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who’s sharp, proactive, and ready to take ownership of payroll operations at Wio. You’ll be joining our People & Culture team , playing a key role in delivering smooth payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting our amazing employees. This role is open to Nationals only ???? What You’ll Be Doing Running the end-to-end monthly payroll process — accurately, on time, and in line with regulations. Making sure all the right stuff is in place: salaries, bonuses, deductions, leave balances, gratuity — you name it. Collaborating with Finance and HR to reconcile data and generate reports . Keeping employee payroll records secure, updated, and confidential . Staying on top of labor laws, GOSI , and all other relevant regulations. Supporting HR operations for new joiners, leavers, and employee status changes. Being the go-to person for any payroll-related employee queries . Getting involved in audits, reporting, and exploring automation and process upgrades . ???? What You’ll Bring A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Admin , or a related field 1–3 years of experience in payroll, HR operations, or finance A solid grip on labor laws and payroll regulations Super detail-oriented, discreet, and accurate Comfortable with Excel — and if you’ve used SAP, Oracle, ADP or any payroll tech, that’s a bonus ️ Strong communicator in English (Arabic is a plus!)
