You'll develop viral-worthy content that showcases our projects and attracts top talent/clients across the UAE.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Twitter/X)Create engaging video content (Reels/Shorts), graphics, and written posts Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, Linked In Ads)Grow followers and increase engagement rates Monitor trends and leverage engineering/construction industry insights Collaborate with HR for employer branding and with BD for lead generation Analyze metrics and optimize performance monthly Requirements 3+ years social media management experience (agency or in-house)Portfolio of successful campaigns (engineering/construction niche a plus)Expertise in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut/Premiere Pro Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social)Arabic fluency preferred (but not mandatory)Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field Why Join KILONEWTONS?
