Employee Relations Manager
Description
We are seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Parking Management industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment, resolving employee issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues promptly and effectively. - Advise management on best practices in employee relations and compliance matters. - Conduct investigations related to employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. - Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote employee engagement and communication. - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. - Facilitate training sessions on workplace ethics, conflict resolution, and employee relations topics. - Monitor workplace morale and recommend programs to improve employee satisfaction and retention. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in employee relations or HR management, preferably in the service or parking management sector. - Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion. - Ability to mediate conflicts and foster a positive work environment. - Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
