Business Development – HR Tech / Staffing Job Title: Business Development – HR Tech / Staffing Location: Sharjah Experience: 2–6 Years Salary: Attractive package + Lucrative Incentives Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager who can take charge of identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our client. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored solutions. Pitch company services to potential clients via calls, meetings, and demos. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with recruitment delivery and operations teams to ensure seamless service to clients. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence. Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and report regularly on progress. Key Requirements Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the HR Tech, Recruitment, or Staffing industry. Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and HR processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
