To provide support services related to operation issues to ensure compliance with security policies, the Airline Security Program (ASP), and Security Management System (SEMS). Collate, record, analyze, assist in investigating, alert, and report all irregularities that may result in non-conformity with the Security Policy. Responsibilities include: Maintain documents, manuals, and records for auditing purposes, ensuring they are kept up to date. Contribute to the review of SOPs, contracts, and other relevant documents impacting operations. Airport/Document Check: Liaise with authorities (immigration, embassies, police) to prevent inadmissible passengers. Support staff training to detect illegal immigration. Cargo and Aircraft Protection Unit (CAPU): Investigate cargo discrepancies, conduct audit checks to prevent unlawful interference. Security Planning: Coordinate surveillance and monitoring (CCTV, access control). Facilities and Accommodation: Review incidents, coordinate with outsourced security staff, update security procedures and training. Operations: Support approval processes for VVIPs, CIP, protected persons, firearms, inadmissible passengers; disseminate security information and updates. Fraud Prevention/Investigation: Record fraud incidents, maintain databases, investigate fraud cases, prepare reports. Qualifications & Experience: 12 years schooling or equivalent 3+ years security experience, aviation experience preferred Report writing, computer literacy essential Experience in investigation and risk assessment advantageous Additional info: Safety-sensitive role, exposure to hazardous systems, shift work (day/night, 10 or 12-hour shifts).
