Posted on 08/07/2024 Responsibilities Develop the strategy for IT Infrastructure to ensure services are provided to an international standard. Create the budget for IT Infrastructure aligned with the overall IT budget. Create and implement policies and procedures for consistent use and development of IT Infrastructure services. Operate IT infrastructure solutions, manage and execute day-to-day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements. Maintain and update IT systems operations according to best international standards. Plan Business Continuity and Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function. Manage and maintain system performance at high levels, reporting any potential or existing threats or imbalances. Implement Business Continuity Management measures to counteract interruptions to business activities. Ensure compliance of outsourced software/hardware and manage IT software licenses. Manage and maintain data storage and backup systems. Requirements Fluency in English & Arabic (MANDATORY - Need an ARABIC SPEAKING CANDIDATE) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 15 years of experience working in IT operations. Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
