We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our real estate team in Dubai. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in producing visual content to support our real estate marketing efforts. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to design eye-catching promotional materials for property listings, brochures, websites, social media, and advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Create high-quality brochures, flyers, property presentations, and digital assets for listings. • Develop eye-catching promotional materials, including banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and ads to promote real estate projects. • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand campaign objectives and design needs. • Assist with the design and layout of marketing content for various media (online, print, and social media). • Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet project deadlines. • Design social media graphics and assets that support online real estate campaigns, targeting both buyers and investors. • Create visually engaging content for digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, etc.). • Optimize images and videos for web and social media platforms to enhance engagement. • Develop visual concepts that align with the real estate brand’s identity and market position. • Produce clean, organized layouts and designs for both print and digital media. • Maintain consistent visual branding across all marketing platforms. • Work with professional photography teams to produce high-quality photos and videos for marketing purposes. • Create visually appealing and professional presentations for client meetings, pitches, and property tours. • Ensure all design work is on-brand and communicates the desired message effectively. • Work with print vendors to ensure the production of high-quality materials and adherence to deadlines. • Stay up-to-date with design trends and real estate industry developments to ensure competitive and fresh designs. • Analyze competitor designs and trends to inform creative direction. Requirements: • Experience in graphic design, with a focus on real estate or property marketing required. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro). • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design. • Experience with web design tools (e.g., Word Press, Wix, or Squarespace) and knowledge of UX/UI principles. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving. • Knowledge of video editing and animation (preferred). • Experience in real estate photography and image retouching (preferred).
