Description
Our Associate Consultants play pivotal roles in supporting project delivery, service execution, and targeted initiatives within our Middle East team. They focus on specific areas to ensure diligent monitoring and successful project outcomes. Operating across sectors such as transport, energy, banking & insurance, and the public sector, the Middle East team addresses challenges in innovation and business transformation. Guided by experienced consultants, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team engaged in various missions: Assisting consultants and managers in delivering projects for clients, mainly at Sias offices and occasionally at client sites. Supporting commercial activities: drafting business proposals, conducting market research, and identifying potential commercial opportunities. Participating in training sessions. Collaborating with stakeholders to capture process requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Analyzing activities, understanding sessions, and mapping As-Is processes. Designing workflows, capturing process narratives, RACI matrices, inputs, outputs, and application systems. Conducting validation and knowledge transfer sessions. In a diverse and motivated team, you will work on projects covering topics such as: Project management: managing business projects with internal and external stakeholders. Business strategy: defining and implementing business plans, digital strategies, market studies, financial modeling, benchmarks, and data analysis. Business improvement: studying, mapping, and reengineering business processes, performance management, and benchmarking. Qualifications: Strong academic background (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Economics) from a top-tier university. At least 1 year of experience, preferably in consulting. Ability to adapt quickly to challenging and changing environments across multiple business areas under tight deadlines. Multitasking skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Leadership experience demonstrated. Experience working in a team environment. Knowledge of Business Process Management or Reengineering. Stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with tools like Visio and ARIS is a plus. Proficiency in English and Arabic (reading, writing, typing) is mandatory.
