We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with Construction Management experience to lead the discipline in executing projects and supporting bids in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Reports To The Senior Electrical Engineer reports to the Head of Discipline, Senior Electrical Engineer. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer with construction experience in 132k V High Voltage Substation projects within the Oil and Gas sector. Responsibilities include electrical construction activities such as 132k V & 33k V GIS Switchgear, Power Transformers, SCMS, PMS, cable pulling, and knowledge of Synchronization systems, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Monitor daily construction activities, ensure compliance with project specifications and standards, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure all activities align with ADNOC HSE policies. Safety Management Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 15 years of Oil & Gas experience and a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role. Strong communication, leadership, coordination, analytical, and proactive skills, with experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Chemical Industries. Knowledge of industry-specific software such as Auto CAD, Navisworks, etc. We believe in continuous learning and development, aiming for success through ongoing knowledge enhancement.
