Job Title: Reporting Analyst – Finance Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst – Finance to support our Budget & Reports Manager. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing data trends, and supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, experience with large financial datasets, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Prepare financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and support budgeting/forecasting cycles. Handle large datasets from SAP and internal systems for accurate reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and post necessary P&L adjustments. Create dashboards and trends using Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, MIS, or reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present data to non-finance teams. Expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial metrics. Working knowledge of SAP ERP and Power BI / Business Objects is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
