Data Analyst

Data Analysis & Interpretation Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Work closely with stakeholders to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas of improvement. Support the team with ad-hoc data analysis requests and deep dives into specific business problems. Reporting & Visualization Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools, including cyclical and bespoke requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data reporting. Data Quality and Integrity Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the analysis process. Identify and resolve data quality issues or inconsistencies and work with the wider team on controls and corrections in Oracle Fusion. Problem-Solving Identify business problems or challenges and formulate data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide analytical support. Essential Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or related role, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent education. Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or others. Advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques. High-level mathematical ability. Methodical and logical approach. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong interpersonal, teamworking, written, and verbal communication skills.
