Bachelor of Business Administration(Management) Nationality Any Nationality Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Key Responsibilities Business Development: -Unlock new opportunities by identifying and closing high-value deals with real estate developers across the UAE & beyond.Build boardroom-level trust with C-suite executives, development directors & key decision-makers.Wow your audience with tailored, impactful product demos and use-case driven presentations.Lead with strategy drive the go-to-market approach, spearhead lead generation & forge game-changing partnerships.Account Management: -Own key relationships nurture strategic accounts with a focus on growth, retention & long-term value.Be the expert guide clients in embedding analytics into planning, sales & market research decisions.Deliver excellence through proactive support, ongoing training & impactful performance reviews.Be the voice of the client champion insights that directly shape our product & strategy roadmap.Team Leadership: -Build your dream team recruit, mentor & inspire future stars in the developer vertical.Drive results at scale by creating and executing high-impact sales & account playbooks.Set the pace establish KPIs, measure success, and lead a high-performing, empowered team.What We re Looking For: Bachelor s degree in marketing or a related field.4 5 years of proven success in sales roles.6+ years in business development or strategic account management.Experience working with or selling to real estate developers.Strong grasp of the Dubai real estate market & development lifecycle.Skilled in complex sales cycles and long-term client relationship management.Leadership mindset ready to manage and mentor a growing team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.Fluent in English.
