Brand Manager (Consumer)
Description
JOB PURPOSE Responsible for developing and executing plans and initiatives to achieve the broader short and long-term marketing strategy and company objectives. The Manager collaborates with Consumer Insights and finance, take a lead in managing vendor partners and all aspects of the brand to ensure the brand remains relevant to consumers and that all initiatives support the brand promise. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES • Develop, align and implement brand strategy to deliver category KPIs in alignment with the principal/supplier. • Work with internal cross functional teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, operational team etc). • Responsible for management and control of promotion and trade marketing budgets. • Responsible to achieve targeted revenue, market share and P&L • Lead all product related developments that are aligned cross-functionally. EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATION & SKILLS • Masters Degree or equivalent • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing • High analytical and data management skills • Excellent in communication and presentation • Excellent organizational skills • Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating • Familiarity with market research, data analysis and forecasting techniques • Excellent knowledge of MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
