Our client specializes in hiring and supplying skilled manpower from SAARC countries We are hiring for Operations Manager for Manpower solutions business.Key Responsibilities Minimum 10 years in manpower supply business. Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business including dealing with clients, deployment, logistics, accommodation of hired people, compliances, productivity Candidates must have experience in Staffing or manpower solutions. Implement onboarding and training programs for new hires. Develop and execute HR policies and procedures. Conduct performance management processes and support employee development initiatives. Resolve employee issues and address workplace conflicts. Analyze HR metrics to improve services and outcomes. Foster a positive work environment that enhances employee engagement. Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and employee development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Maintain employee records and handle sensitive information confidentially. Lead initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Support compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent. Review and manage HR budget and resources effectively. Participate in organizational strategic planning sessions as an HR representative. Develop training materials and programs that meet organizational needs. Required Qualifications Preferably MBA or HR specialization Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business Expertise in labor law and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to manage HR projects and initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills. Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in developing and implementing training programs. A track record of fostering a positive organizational culture. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Adaptability to changing business needs and environments.
