Description
● Implement and follow up customers’ needs and inquiries with the other departments. ● Manage Logistics/ Customer services budget by developing cost-effective plans. ● Follow up on customer feedback regarding the company services & products in order to avoid any problems. ● Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. ● Solve any problems related to customer complaints and queries. ● Track and develop the company services that are provided to customers. ● Make sure all logistic vehicles are safe and efficient during work, in accordance with requirements. Qualifications & Skills: ● Minimum 10 years of working experience in Customer Services & Logistics. ● Minimum 5 years of people management experience. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ● Record of successful distribution, logistics, and customer service. ● Excellent written and oral communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
