What the job involves Independently lead transactions and to be responsible for structuring and negotiating transaction documents Manage the team involved in conducting the due diligence Be willing to be exposed to investments in a variety of geographic jurisdictions Travel to project site as part of the investment evaluation process Who we are looking for Significant experience in M&A and renewable energy investing Good investment track record Experience of leading all aspects of the deal process Some experience of investing in emerging markets is preferred, but not essential Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; fluency in Arabic or Turkish would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite #LI-LE1 You will be redirected to the company’s website – you must complete the application on their platform to apply.
