Job Description and Requirements Profile: Experience and skills in rotating machines (gas turbines, gas compressors, etc.) and offshore experience are required. Mission: Ensure the execution of head office activities related to pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, test runs, training, maintenance engineering, operation, and plant handover to the client, in accordance with contractual requirements and project objectives concerning safety, quality, budget, and schedule. Ensure compliance with established processes and HSE requirements, respecting time and cost targets. Have overall responsibility and accountability for efficient commissioning, operations, and maintenance. Tasks: Commissioning and Start-up Phase: Ensure HSE procedures are available and followed; contribute to safety walkdowns and incident investigations; participate in PSSR; manage progress reports; coordinate activities; respect schedule and budget; participate in risk meetings; ensure team competency; participate in plant handover; transfer lessons learned. Operation Phase: Responsible for safe and efficient operations; maintain client relationships; implement and audit SMS; ensure compliance with laws and regulations; advise on operating costs; manage budgets; review performance; liaise with technical support; supervise subcontractors; manage logistics; oversee emergency procedures; ensure compliance with class and flag regulations. Pre-Operation Phase: Support HSE planning; prepare start-up plans; review documentation; define isolation procedures; support schedule preparation; plan subcontracting; ensure facilities are suitable; coordinate crew training; ensure materials are on board; supervise inventory budgets; produce reports; review procedures; cooperate with HSE.
