Position: Technical Product Analyst We are seeking a Technical Product Analyst for our Regional Product team. This role involves feature prioritization, solution design, overseeing development and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity assessments, and application performance improvements. Collaboration with Engineering, UI/UX, Implementation, and client teams is essential. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical and product experience, preferably in fintech or startups. Key Responsibilities: Manage feature delivery from conception to deployment, including testing and cybersecurity. Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Cybersecurity, Implementation, and Product teams. Support client issues during UAT and production. Conduct functional testing and improve product quality. Create documentation such as manuals and technical briefs. This is a hybrid role; in-office days will be confirmed by your manager. Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's or higher degree (e.g., MBA, Master’s). Experience in fintech or startup environments, managing multiple priorities. Background in software development or technical product management. Strong knowledge of Dev Ops, cloud technologies, and security principles. Ability to develop Proof of Concepts during solution design.
