Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and direct customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: • Meet potential clients at their locations to present our products/services and close sales deals • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM system • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to management • Follow up on leads and referrals resulting from field activity • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients Desired Candidate Profile • 1-2 years of outdoor sales experience in UAE market preferred • Valid UAE driving license preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Professional appearance and demeanor • Basic computer skills including MS Office • Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection positively • Flexibility to travel within assigned territory Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
