Utilize BIM software to create, review, and modify MEP models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Identify clashes and conflicts in MEP designs and work with the project team to resolve them in a timely manner. Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules and budgets for MEP design activities. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in MEP design coordination and BIM technology. Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or related field. Proven experience working with BIM software in MEP design coordination. Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and their integration within building designs. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
