SR ARCHITECT

The Senior Architect plays a pivotal role in the design and execution of construction projects ensuring that all architectural elements are functional aesthetically pleasing and compliant with regulations This position requires a blend of creativity technical expertise and project management skills The Senior Architect will lead design teams collaborate with clients and oversee the implementation of architectural concepts from inception to completion This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about innovative design solutions Responsibilities Lead the architectural design process for various projects ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards Collaborate with engineers contractors and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project plans Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications Prepare detailed architectural drawings models and presentations for client reviews Manage project timelines and budgets ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints Stay updated on industry trends materials and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs Mentor junior architects and interns providing guidance and support in their professional development Ensure compliance with local building codes zoning laws and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle Participate in client meetings to present design concepts and gather feedback for revisions Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals Preferred Candidate Proven experience in leading architectural projects from concept to completion Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and successful project outcomes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Detailoriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in design Proficiency in architectural design software such as Auto CAD Revit and Sketch Up Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to address design challenges Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs Commitment to professional development and staying current with architectural trends Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate team members Architect • Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates #J-18808-Ljbffr
