The main duties and responsibilities of this role include managing guest interactions, handling complaints, overseeing reservations, and ensuring high service standards. The role requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.About You: 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced). Strong problem-solving skills. Leadership and team management abilities.
