Track and maintain files of candidates. Ensures that all filing system is organized, maintained and up-to-date. Deals with and prepares routine correspondence for the Cluster Director of Human Resources. In charge of entering all order requests on the JANA system. Preparation of no objection letters for employees that are to be released by the hotel. Managing the HR stationary: Collection of requested items from the receiving area and ensuring that they match the departments purchase requests. Fully in charge of the departments stationary supplies keeping into consideration the cost effect.
