Description The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You'll be key in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to customer needs. You’ll work with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions, leading the implementation process, ensuring best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks. The AWS Professional Services team is a global group of experts helping customers achieve their business goals using AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud initiatives and provide targeted guidance through our specialty practices, covering various solutions, technologies, and industries. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions based on customer needs. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support during project delivery. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose migration strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies. Sharing knowledge via mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts. Basic Qualifications 5+ years in cloud architecture, design, and implementation of data products. 3+ years working with enterprise customers in a consulting capacity. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years designing and implementing Data Platforms, Data Lakes, or Data Warehouses. 1+ years developing Data and AI Governance frameworks and guiding customers on governance strategies. Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation). AWS Professional certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, Dev Ops Engineer Professional). Experience with automation scripting (Terraform, Python) and security standards (HIPAA, GDPR). Experience with AWS AI/ML services (Sage Maker, Bedrock, Q), SQL, and programming languages (Python, Java, Scala). Knowledge of AWS analytics & Generative AI services (Redshift, EMR, Glue, Athena, Quick Sight, Bedrock, Q Developer) and AI/ML governance.
