Join to apply for the Executive Assistant to the Principal role at GEMS Education Job Description We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and discreet Executive Assistant to the Principal to provide high-level administrative support in a fast-paced school environment. This key role requires exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills to help ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Principal’s office. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Principal. Manage the Principal’s schedule, meetings, and correspondence with a high degree of confidentiality and accuracy. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with documentation, reports, presentations, and data management. Coordinate school-wide communications, events, and meetings on behalf of the Principal. Support with compliance and policy documentation as required. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and discretion. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in an educational setting is an advantage.
