Project Finance Lawyer - Mid/Senior Associate Client of Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment Job Title: Project Finance Lawyer – Mid/Senior Associate Location: Dubai A top-tier international law firm with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia is seeking to hire a Mid/Senior Associate Project Finance Lawyer to join its Dubai office. The firm is looking for candidates with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). Role Overview: The successful candidate will join the firm’s market-leading projects team, advising a broad range of sponsors and lenders on high-value energy and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and internationally. These projects span sectors including oil & gas, renewable energy, power, mining, and petrochemicals. Key Responsibilities: Advising clients on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects. Working on complex cross-border transactions involving both sponsors and lenders. Supporting project development and structuring aspects where required. Requirements: 4–7 years PQE with a strong background in project finance. Common law qualification is essential. Experience in both project development and financing is advantageous. Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex transactions.
