Maintain proper filing system Ensure following of Finance and accounts SOP Processing payments to Local and Overseas suppliers Processing costing sheet Preparing daily / monthly journals Preparing and encoding monthly Debit Notes to Affiliates Company Preparing Monthly Bank Reconciliation Updating Payables Reconciliation Updating and monitoring goods in transit Prepares Daily Cash flow Prepares daily sales reconciliation and reporting Assist in Inventory stock-take activities. Processing of payments to suppliers, utilities and staff payables. Assist with the Year End & Audit Preparation and Procedures. Assist with Yearly Sales Certification Audit. Assist in handling Petty Cash and Cash Float for the Department. Encoding of Invoices from various concepts Encoding of payment vouchers Releasing checks to Suppliers Store Cash Count Store Coins Exchange Assist in yearly Stock Take Activities To maintain strict levels of confidentiality with regards to all areas of the business particularly commercial information and personal details of employees. Encode invoices daily in Navision Prepares accounts payable aging every 15th and 30th of the month Prepares monthly inventory aging and cost analysis reports Bank reconciliation should be prepare by 15th of the month Investigates and rectifies discrepancies in Invoices and daily revenue Figures between POS and Navision. Company cash flow to be sent to Finance Controller and CEO twice a day, morning and evening. Sales report to be sent daily, weekly and monthly to Principals. Adjust the Inventory based on the actual count every month and send the report for FC review before closing the month To update payment to suppliers, utilities and staff payables To complete the Year End Audit by February of the following year. Gross Sales Certification Audit to be completed based on the period stated in the Lease Agreement. Responds to inquiries from a wide variety of sources (e.g. employees, suppliers, auditors, etc.) for the purpose of facilitating communication and/or providing guidance among several parties; and providing information and/or referral for addressing inquiry.
