About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and creative Communications Manager to lead and build our brand partnerships along with driving the development of a group-wide loyalty program experience from the ground up. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic partnerships and customer engagement. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to craft compelling joint campaigns, co-branded narratives, and a seamless loyalty ecosystem that brings our group’s diverse brands together under one customer-centric experience. Key Responsibilities Brand & Group Partnerships Lead communication strategy for partnerships between our brands and third-party partners (e.g., retailers, platforms such as Tabby,Tamara, Esaad, Fazaa, etc..). Develop and execute co-branded campaign messaging, content calendars, and joint activation plans. Act as the communication bridge between internal brand teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and value alignment. Craft media briefs, PR stories, social content, and promotional assets to highlight the impact and relevance of each partnership. Loyalty Program Experience Own the end-to-end development of a group loyalty program marketing calendar, from concept, offering and campaign execution. Collaborate with product, CRM, digital, and analytics teams to design a seamless customer experience across brands. Define tone, messaging, and content strategy for all loyalty touchpoints (app, website, email, in-store, etc.). Drive internal and external communications to educate and excite stakeholders about the program’s benefits and rollout. Monitor customer feedback and program performance to refine and optimize engagement What We're Looking For: 4-6 years of experience in communications, brand partnerships, or loyalty marketing. Demonstrated success in managing multi-brand or group-level campaigns or platforms. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience with loyalty programs, CRM tools, or customer journey design is a big plus. Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
