Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards during the inspection process. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. Train and mentor junior staff members on quality inspection techniques and standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors, production teams, and other stakeholders about quality matters. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred. Minimum of three years' experience in quality inspection or a related field. Proficiency in using manual and automated measurement tools essential. Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and technical specifications necessary. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
