HR Admin Executive
Description
We are hiring an experienced HR / Administration Professional fluent in Arabic and English. The role involves handling HR and administration, recruitment support, payroll coordination, employee relations, and office administration. Key Responsibilities: Handle general HR / Administration including office management ,employee records, onboarding, and documentation. Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration. Support in recruitment, screening, and coordination with candidates and agencies. Prepare and maintain up-to-date HR databases. Support in general office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Act as a liaison between employees and management to address HR-related queries. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field. • 5+ years of UAE experience in HR/Admin. • Excellent proficiency in Arabic and English (mandatory), with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in both languages. • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, etc. • Proficient in MS Office and HR software such as Odoo (or similar ERP systems).
