Job Overview: This Business Solution Lead will represent the Health Operational function in key strategic, regional, or client opportunities, ensuring all requirements are met and customer satisfaction is achieved. What You Do: Support or lead the onboarding of new strategic clients, ensuring operational requirements are delivered and processes are optimized. Contribute operational input into strategic opportunities and tenders, demonstrating Allianz Partner Health's capabilities. Support or lead new partnership frontings, establishing optimal operational models in various jurisdictions. Lead and coordinate strategic projects involving multinational teams and external experts. Prepare and evaluate business cases, ensuring strategic alignment of projects. Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, resources, and training. Manage project scope to ensure timely delivery. Present project results, milestones, issues, and resolutions. Support operational teams in implementing solutions within existing service models. Liaise with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and project issues. Identify issues requiring escalation to senior leadership. Coordinate meetings and conference calls. Communicate effectively and lead cross-functional teams towards project delivery. Deliver reports highlighting achievements, deliverables, and issues to senior management, fostering strong stakeholder relationships. What You Bring: Experience in: At least 4+ years in Az P Operations Department or similar technical roles. Operational roles within the financial industry. Global experience across multiple countries. Proficiency in English and additional languages. Project methodology knowledge is desirable. Competencies include: Effective workload prioritization and time management. Customer-focused mindset. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organization and planning abilities. Comfort with challenging ideas and providing constructive feedback. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work effectively within a team. Presentation skills.
