Manager, Advanced Metering Infrastructure Management

We are seeking an AMI Specialist for a Manager role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is with a well-known organization in the Energy & Utilities sector. Description The role involves managing the operations and activities related to Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) . Responsibilities include ensuring efficient management of automated meter activities, accurate meter readings, and timely resolution of issues or discrepancies. Address issues related to inaccurate meter readings by coordinating with the Meter Maintenance & Installation team. Rectify cases of illegal or suspicious meter activities promptly with the meter operations teams. Ensure accurate meter readings are reflected in the billing system. Manage customer meters' connection/disconnection based on customer invoice status from Credit & Collections. Provide reports and information to other business units promptly and accurately. Allocate responsibilities for OSH management and delegate authorities. Ensure adequate budgeting and resources for OSH management. Supervise employees to maintain appropriate OSH standards. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 9 years of relevant work experience Preferred Requirements Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent Minimum 12 years of relevant work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
