Job Overview: Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking a Manager - Digital Marketing and Social Media to join our team. The key responsibilities include: Digital Performance Marketing Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals to enhance performance. Campaign Management & Optimisation: Oversee digital campaigns from briefing to reporting, ensuring continuous improvement. Budget & Resource Allocation: Manage digital marketing budgets for optimal ROI. Team Leadership: Lead hiring, training, and development of the digital marketing team. Compliance & Innovation: Ensure GDPR compliance and stay updated on emerging digital trends. Social Media Management Strategic Planning: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Snapchat. Content Creation & Calendar Management: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content and manage content calendars. Community & Influencer Engagement: Build relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, managing customer interactions. Campaign Execution: Manage organic and paid social campaigns, including influencer collaborations. Monitoring & Optimisation: Analyze social media trends and engagement data to refine strategies. About You: The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. 12+ years of digital marketing experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven success in performance marketing and social media management. Experience with multiple brands, especially in ecommerce, travel & tourism, banking, or tech industries. Strong data-driven marketing skills and expertise in channels like Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Programmatic, Affiliate, and Publisher platforms.
