Description

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies and service delivery. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and job requirements. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to drive efficiency. Negotiate contracts and fees with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and expand service offerings. Lead regular client meetings to present updates, address concerns, and strategize for future recruitment needs. Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate tracking. Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff to foster a high-performing team culture. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or account management within the staffing industry. Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful recruitment outcomes. Strong knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates alike. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus for diverse client bases. Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt strategies based on client needs.
