As an Account Manager - Interior Design for the Middle East market, based in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships (Interior Designers, Architects, and Luxury Brands), coordinating end-to-end project execution, and ensuring excellence across each touchpoint—from concept to installation. This role blends commercial acumen, project management, and creative sensibility, requiring strong coordination skills and a client-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Account Management & Client Relations Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of key clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty. Support inquiries from new clients, offering tailored advice on product selection and design feasibility. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, aligning with client needs and project goals. Ensure timely and consistent updates on project status and performance through Salesforce and internal tools. Project Management Oversee the full lifecycle of B2B interior design projects, from initial briefing to final delivery and installation. Coordinate closely with internal teams in Milan and local markets to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Supervise installations on site when needed, resolving real-time issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor project milestones and proactively address risks or delays. Design & Proposal Development Develop design concepts, moodboards, and tailored presentations reflecting client goals and brand identity. Prepare detailed and competitive quotations in collaboration with the Trade Project team. Analyze project feasibility, costs, and margins to ensure commercial soundness. Supplier & Technical Coordination Collaborate with vendors and artisans to source appropriate materials and custom products. Ensure technical specifications and regulatory requirements are met for all project components. Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Customer Care, Order Management) to guarantee smooth project execution. Maintain and update the Salesforce pipeline with opportunities, quotes, and project data. Analyze performance and pipeline trends to support business development efforts. Participate in strategic responses to new project opportunities in coordination with sales and design teams. What are we looking for? Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field—preferably with a specialization in Design. 3–4 years of experience managing interior design projects, ideally in the residential, retail, or hospitality sectors. Proven track record in coordinating complex B2B design projects within the luxury or high-end market. Deep understanding of the interior design industry and the dynamics of luxury clients. Proficiency in both design and project management tools : Auto CAD, Adobe Suite, 3D rendering software (e.g., 3ds Max), and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Fluent in English and Italian. Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and a keen eye for detail. Passionate about craftsmanship, design, and luxury e-commerce.
