We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team and help train and develop our employees across various departments. Job Description : The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance employees’ skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with department heads to assess training needs, create learning materials, and facilitate training sessions. Key Responsibilities : Develop and deliver training programs for various departments. Assess the training needs of employees and create tailored programs. Facilitate workshops, seminars, and team-building activities. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices. Provide support and mentorship to employees during the training process. Requirements : Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or in a similar role. Strong presentation and communication skills.
