Human Resource Manager (Arabic)

We are currently in the process of hiring the above vacancy, for a renowned investment company established in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Vice – Chairman Job Summary: We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws. This role demands strong leadership, discretion, and a deep understanding of HR best practices within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Create HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks in line with UAE legal requirements and industry standards. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programmes. Handle employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations fairly and professionally. Proven leadership and people management skills as HR Manager Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key positions, ensuring high-calibre talent acquisition. Lead the creation and execution of employee recognition initiatives. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to boost employee skills and knowledge. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution, handling employee relations matters, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Employment contract management Handle confidential matters with discretion Establish reviews and a KPI process at the group level. Ensure usage of IT and ERP to improve efficiency. Create salary scales and benefit polices for the positions Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification is a plus. Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
