Diploma, Bachelor of Technology/Engineering Nationality Any Nationality Any Vacancy Job Description Key Responsibilities: Commission and calibrate BMS components (controllers,sensors, actuators, field devices). Ensure all system points are checked and operating correctly per project design. Verify and test sequences of operation for HVAC systems. Project Coordination Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth integration. Coordinate across disciplines – electrical, mechanical, and IT – during execution phases. Programming & Configuration Upload/download logic to BMS controllers and perform field programming. Adjust or customize control strategies based on actual conditions or client feedback. Work on client-specific BMS platforms (Desigo CC, Xworks, ABT or equivalent). Testing & Documentation Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Prepare all necessary Testing and Commissioning (T&C) reports. Ensure project compliance and quality assurance. Client Handover & Support Provide system demonstrations and basic training to clients or facility operators. Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues during the warranty/defect liability period. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Education: Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or relevant engineering discipline. Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in BMS commissioning. Proficiency in BMS software: Desigo CC, ABT, Xworks, or any equivalent platforms. Knowledge of BMS communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus . Understanding of HVAC system sequences and their integration with BMS. Strong documentation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
