Senior Legal Advisor

You will advise our clients independently in all aspects of corporate law and M&A This includes the processing of legal issues and documents as well as the preparation of legal opinions You maintain and expand existing client contacts and support the acquisition of new customers Independent management of complex corporate law projects in cross-legal and interdisciplinary teams You accompany our clients through (extra-)judicial disputes YOUR PROFILE Successfully completed law studies with several years of professional experience in corporate law and M&A (preferably in the UAE) Fluent written and spoken German and English skills You have a strong understanding of economics and solid experience in project management When faced with challenging legal tasks, you proceed systematically and develop tailor-made solution strategies Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
