Production Manager

Dynamic Motion FZ LLC is a leading company specializing in POP displays fabrication, exhibition and event builds, turnkey retail fit-out, and themes set up. Job Responsibilities: Attending the Projects Kickoff meetings and reviewing all the documents including the projects plans, drawing, 3D, BOQ, BOM, & Job Orders, and Mockup approval. Review the Job Orders with the production Coordinator. Handle the projects execution from fabrication to delivery. Manage production-related tasks including planning, monitoring, control, and troubleshooting. Set up production targets and achieve them within time and cost parameters. Manage and maximize the manpower headcount, distribution, and productivity. Maximize the utilization of machines. Provide technical and value engineering solutions for the production items. Review the production order and technical drawings with the operation and planning team. Train and develop the production team. Implement and maintain quality and safety measures. Coordinate with inventory/stores and purchasing for materials availability and utilize inventory effectively. Prepare the buildup schedules and ensure they are followed properly. Assure that the project is delivered within the agreed timeline. Responsible for ensuring that the quality of production is in line with QAQC standards and PMs requests. Coordinate with the operation and planning team and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of materials and approved samples. Coordinate with the purchasing department and different suppliers for materials and samples. #J-18808-Ljbffr
