Since 2021, this firm has quietly built one of the most successful high-frequency trading operations in the crypto space. Profitable every year, processing millions of trades a day, and commanding 5–7% of global market share. Now they’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Trading Ops Engineer to join their Dubai HQ, sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founders, C-Suite, and Traders to keep the engine running at peak performance. You’ll also play a key part in evolving the stack: improving alerting, building automation, owning documentation, and helping shape processes that let a small team move at speed without breaking things. You’ll need strong experience in Linux environments , scripting in Python or Bash , and a grasp of production systems monitoring and config management, ideally with tools like Grafana , Prometheus , and Ansible .
